Ratte v. Ratte
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 15, 1996 · Genden, Klein, Michael, Pariente
673 So. 2d 189; 1996 Fla. App. LEXIS 5131; 1996 WL 252870 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Ratte v. Ratte

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse a final judgment of dissolution which imputes income to the husband because there was no evidence to support imputation of income. We therefore remand for the trial court to correct the final judgment in that regard and consider whether, in light of our reversal, there should be an increase in the alimony awarded husband. We affirm the remaining issues.

KLEIN and PARIENTE, JJ., and GENDEN, MICHAEL A., Associate Judge, concur.
