Opinion of the Court

BLUE, Judge.

The Department of Revenue appeals the trial court’s final order denying the paternity action. The record shows that there was no pleading requesting the order, nor was a hearing held prior to the entry of the order. Because there is no basis in the record for the order, we reverse.

Reversed and remanded for farther proceedings.
