State v. Sablon

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Petitioner State of Florida seeks certiorari review of a nonfinal order requiring disclosure of the identity of a confidential informant. On review of the record, we have observed that the affidavit in support of the disclosure motion is factually insufficient. Accordingly, the State’s petition for writ of certiorari is granted and the “Order on Defendant’s Motion to Disclose” is quashed. .
