PER CURIAM.

In these two cases, we grant the defendant, James C. Harris’, motion to consolidate. We affirm the trial court’s order denying his 3.850 motion, and we deny the petition for a writ of habeas corpus. See Medina v. State, 573 So.2d 293, 295 (Fla. 1990); Ferguson v. Singletary, 632 So.2d 53, 57-58 (Fla. 1993). The motions to sup*528plement the record are moot and also denied.
