Jeffrey v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm Mr. Jeffrey’s conviction and the special conditions of community control. We remand with directions for the trial court to correct the written special condition regarding random drug screens to conform to its oral pronouncement that such condition is required only “if there’s an indication of a drug problem.”

Affirmed and remanded with directions.
