K.L. v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s imposition of restitution. We note, however, that the order of community control is silent with regard to restitution. Accordingly, we remand with directions to correct the order of community control to conform with the trial court’s oral pronouncement regarding restitution.

Affirmed and remanded with directions.

PARKER, A.C.J., and LAZZARA and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
