PER CURIAM.

Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm the lower court’s denial of Appellants’ motion to change venue. Our affirmance, however, *1310is without prejudice to Appellants to file a new motion for change of venue should Barnett Bank of Jacksonville be dismissed as an improper party.1 AFFIRMED.
