Williams v. Williams

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Vera Wiggins Williams appeals an order of the trial court denying her petition for periodic alimony. We affirm the trial court’s order, finding no abuse of discretion. In addition, we hold that the order on appeal did not eliminate that part of the previously entered final judgment which reserved jurisdiction to award alimony in the future.

BOOTH, WOLF and PADOVANO, JJ., concur.
