PER CURIAM.

Based on the state’s proper confession of error, we reverse the trial court’s order denying defendant’s motion to correct illegal sentence and remand for resentencing of the third degree grand theft conviction (count 2 of Circuit Court Case No. 91-44510) within the five-year statutory maximum for third-degree felonies. § 775.082(3)(d), Fla. Stat. (1993).

Reversed and remanded.
