PER CURIAM.

The final judgment denying Appellant’s claim for attorney’s fees is affirmed. Howev*701er, we remand so that the trial court may consider that portion of Appellant’s motion to tax costs that remains pending to the extent, if any, that Appellant may have incurred taxable costs, exclusive of attorney’s fees, prior to the dismissal of Spring Lock’s claim.
