Nitu v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Alexandra Nitu appeals the denial of his application for unemployment compensation benefits. As the hearing officer’s findings of fact, if correct, are a sufficient basis upon which to conclude that Nitu is not entitled to unemployment benefits, and as we have not been provided with the hearing transcript to review the testimony upon which the hearing *58officer reached his findings, we must affirm the decision.

Affirmed.
