concurring in part and dissenting in part.
While I concur with the majority as to the remainder of the issues, in my judgment it was error not to suppress appellant’s statement because of Edwards v. Arizona, 451 U.S. 477, 101 S.Ct. 1880, 68 L.Ed.2d 378 (1981).
