Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 30, 1997 · Green, Levy, Shevin
692 So. 2d 293; 1997 Fla. App. LEXIS 4515; 1997 WL 209543 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

SGS Control Services, Inc. v. Trans-Chemical Corp.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

SGS Control Services, Inc. appeals a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss on the grounds of forum non-conveniens. After a hearing based upon the requisite four-step analysis outlined in Kinney System, Inc. v. Continental Ins. Co., 674 So.2d 86 (Fla. 1996) and our review of the record, we cannot conclude that the trial court’s denial of this motion was an abuse of discretion.

Affirmed.
