CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon the Appellee’s proper confession of error we reverse the order of the trial court. Commonwealth Federal Savings and Loan Ass’n v. Tubero, 569 So.2d 1271 (Fla. 1990).

Reversed and remanded.
