DANAHY, Acting Chief Judge.

After the trial court in this case dismissed the action for lack of prosecution, the appel-lees moved to assess fees under an offer of judgment made pursuant to section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1993), and on other grounds.

This court has reversed the order of dismissal. That reversal requires reversal on *782this appeal of the order awarding attorney’s fees.

Reversed.
