PER CURIAM.

Defendant-appellant Michael Woods appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. As to the first and third issues, the order is affirmed on authority of *1257State v. Woodley, 695 So.2d 297 (Fla. 1997). Defendant’s second issue is time-barred.

Affirmed.
