We affirm the trial court’s order that denied Appellant’s motion for post-conviction *1015relief without prejudice to Appellant filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus seeking belated appeal due to counsel’s alleged failure to timely file an appeal as requested. Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(j) (1997).
