CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon the Appellee’s proper and commendable confession of error, the order of the trial court suppressing the State’s physical and testimonial evidence without an evidentiary hearing is reversed. We remand the case to the trial court with directions to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the Appellee’s Motion to Suppress.

Reversed and remanded.
