PETITION DENIED. See Russo v. Akers, 701 So.2d 366 (Fla. 5th DCA 1997) (holding “trial court did not depart from the essential requirements of law in its appointment of the Public Defender to represent ' [defendants] in his posteonvietion evidentiary hearing”).
