CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Based on the Confession of Error filed by the State of Florida, which notes that “there was no evidence that any money or property was taken or attempted to be taken from Mr. Augustine,” the defendant’s conviction and sentence as to Count 4 of the Information, which relates to a charge of armed robbery of Dennis Augustine, are reversed. No other portion of the judgments and sentences entered against the defendant in this case are affected by this opinion.
