Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided February 23, 1998 · Booth, Nortwick, Wolf
705 So. 2d 1069; 1998 Fla. App. LEXIS 1637; 1998 WL 69074 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State, Department of Revenue v. Roberts

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We find that the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to enforce payment of the child-support arrearages owed by the former husband. See Ashe v. Ashe, 509 So.2d 1146, 1148 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987); see also Livingston v. Livingston, 686 So.2d 664 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996). We, therefore, reverse and remand for farther proceedings consistent with this opinion.
