Wright v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Anthony Wright appeals a sentencing order entered following his violation of probation. At sentencing he objected to the assessment of sentencing guideline points for victim injury. We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing to determine whether the victim suffered physical injury. See Karchesky v. State, 591 So.2d 930 (Fla. 1992).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
