PER CURIAM.

In accordance with Sheley v. Florida Parole Commission, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA), we sua sponte treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. The petition is denied. See Singletary v. Jones, 681 So.2d *655836 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996),review denied, 697 So.2d 511 (Fla. 1977).
