PER CURIAM.

The amended petition seeking a belated appeal of the judgment and sentence rendered on or about July 24, 1998, in Duval County Circuit Court Case No. 97-3573-CFA, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be filed with the *191lower tribunal and treated as the notice of appeal in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j)(5)(D).
