concurring.

Appellant seeks to have this court review evidence and rulings from the trial court, yet she has provided no transcript for this court to review. The effect of this is the wasting of time on the part of the attorneys, the clerks of two courts, the judges and staff of this court, the appellate filing fee and the record preparation fees. All for naught.
