Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 17, 1999 · Cope, Gersten, Goderich

Ross v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In our view, the evidence refuted the possibility that the .28 gram weight discrepancy in the cocaine rocks was attributable to probable tampering. See Taplis v. State, 703 So.2d 453 (Fla. 1997); Dodd v. State, 537 So.2d 626 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988). We also concur with the trial court that the critical steps in the chain of custody were, in any *409event, demonstrated. The judgments are therefore affirmed.
