This is a proceeding under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 *339L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), in which appellant has filed a pro se brief. Because the issues appellant seeks to raise were not preserved for appellate review, see § 924.051, Fla. Stat. (1997); Jordan v. State, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D2130, 728 So.2d 748 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998), the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
