PER CURIAM.

This case is before us on appeal from an order revoking probation. The State has conceded error. Accordingly, we reverse. On remand, we instruct the trial court to vacate the order of modification of probation *541and reinstate the 1993 corrected order placing Appellant on probation.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
