Amin v. Rice

Amin v. Rice
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 28, 1999 · Blue, Green, Threadgill
735 So. 2d 550; 1999 Fla. App. LEXIS 6866; 1999 WL 495608 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Amin v. Rice

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

John Amin’s petition for writ of mandamus requests action by the trial court on a civil complaint, or the provision of an order of dismissal, if entered, which he claims he never received. The attorney general’s office has provided a copy of the order of dismissal for lack of prosecution dated April 9, 1996, to Amin and to this court.

Accordingly, Amin’s petition is moot and is therefore dismissed.
