Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s order dismissing the case for lack of prosecution, pursuant to Rule 1.420(e), Florida Rule of Civil Procedure, where the discovery was calculated to hasten the case towards judgment. See Del Duca v. Anthony, 587 So.2d 1306 (Fla. 1991).

Reversed.
