Relying on our opinion in United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. v. Romay, Nos. 98-648, 98-1460, 98-825, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D1963, — So.2d -, 1999 WL 641622 (Fla. 3d DCA August 25, 1999), we affirm the order under review. Insureds must meet all of a policy’s post-loss obligations before appraisal may be compelled.
