Appellants, Tom Geller and Lobster Louie’s Seafood Shack & Shucker Bar, Inc., challenge the trial court’s order denying their motion for attorney’s fees and costs. We affirm the trial court’s decision with regard to fees, but remand for imposition of appellants’ costs. Appellants’ and Crabby Tom’s motions for appellate fees are denied.
