PER CURIAM.

This case is with case number 99-01926. We affirm the decisions of the trial court in both cases without prejudice to Dave Milton Allen’s right to file a petition for writ of error coram nobis pursuant to Wood v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly S240, — So.2d -, 1999 WL 334750 (Fla. May 27, 1999).
