We affirm on the authority of Robinson v. State, 738 So.2d 1019 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999), and certify conflict with Thompson *75v. State, 708 So.2d 315 (Fla. 2d DCA), review granted, 717 So.2d 538 (Fla. 1998).
