PER CURIAM.

We accept appellees’ confession of error and summarily reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings. See First Funding Corp. v. Shattuck, Roether, Frailey and Wilson, Inc., 345 So.2d 757 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
