We affirm the trial court’s order dismissing for improper venue as to all the claims which arose from the contract in this case. We reverse, however, as to the unfair trade practices claim. See Management Computer Controls, Inc. v. Charles Perry Constr., Inc., 24 Fla. L. Weekly D2458, 743 So.2d 627 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).
