Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the final summary judgment entered against Park Estates Development Co., Inc.; however, we reverse the award of attorney's fees to SunTrust Bank, Gulf Coast. See Stockman v. Downs, 573 So.2d 835 (Fla. 1991).

Affirmed in part, reversed in part.
