PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court s order dismissing Nowlin’s complaint for legal malpractice, but do so without prejudice to Nowlin filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the circuit court, following the procedure outlined in Steele v. Kehoe, 747 So.2d 931 (Fla. 1999).

AFFIRMED.
