Burston v. State

Burston v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided January 5, 2000 · Davis, Northcutt, Threadgill
749 So. 2d 537; 2000 Fla. App. LEXIS 24; 2000 WL 3878 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Burston v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Johnnie Burston appeals his burglary conviction. We affirm the conviction without comment. However, we remand and direct the trial court to correct a clerical error in its written judgment, which reflects a conviction for burglary of a structure, rather than the proper conviction for burglary of a dwelling.
