Williams v. State

Opinion of the Court

SALCINES, Judge.

Joseph Williams appeals the habitual offender sentence imposed following his nolo contendere plea for sale of a counterfeit controlled substance. As conceded by the State, the habitual offender sentence was improperly imposed in the present case. Thus, we reverse and remand for resen-tencing within the guidelines.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
