Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided June 2, 2000 · Campbell, Casanueva, Whatley

Kimla v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

James Kimla appeals the summary denial of his motion for additional jail credit. We affirm the trial court’s order without discussion. This affirmance is, however, without prejudice to Kimla seeking relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 if he so desires and is otherwise able to do so.
