CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Freddie Smith, appeals the trial court’s denial of appointed counsel at the evidentiary hearing on his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 3.850 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Upon the State’s proper confession of error, this cause is reversed and remanded to the trial court with directions *1014to appoint counsel for this indigent defendant.

Reversed and remanded.
