concurring specially.

While I concur with the affirmance, I write to caution appellant about filing frivolous petitions. See Edwards v. State, 760 So.2d 226 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000); Harvey v. State, 748 So.2d 1057 (Fla. 5th DCA 1999).
