Morales v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Jose Angel Morales appeals his conviction and sentence for unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. We affirm the conviction, but remand for re-sentencing in accordance with the State’s concession.1 The defendant need not be present for the resentencing.

. According to statements at oral argument, the proper sentence is 13.56 months. We leave it to the trial court to ascertain the correct sentence, however.
