Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided July 7, 2000 · Dauksch, Harris, Orfinger
762 So. 2d 573; 2000 Fla. App. LEXIS 8723; 2000 WL 944522 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Harrold v. Wilson

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This matter is before the court as a petition for writ of mandamus to require the trial court to rule on a pending motion for disqualification. Because the underlying motion was not timely ruled upon and because no action has been taken after a response was ordered by this court, the writ is issued and the judge is directed to rule on or before July 20, 2000.

It is so ordered.

WRIT GRANTED.

DAUKSCH and HARRIS, JJ., and ORFINGER, M., Senior Judge, concur.
