Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The state appeals the dismissal of an affidavit of violation of probation against the appellee. The dismissal was based on the ground that the state nolle prossed the substantive criminal charge underlying the probation violation. We reverse the dismissal on the authority of State v. Jenkins, *590762 So.2d 535 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000), and remand for further proceedings.
