PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed as untimely. This disposition is without prejudice to petitioner’s right to seek relief in the circuit court by motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540. See Beamon v. Florida Department of Corrections, 752 So.2d 96 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).
