Having considered the appellant’s response to the Court’s show cause order dated July 14, 2000, because the response failed to show why the appealed summary judgment does not relate to the claims that remain pending below, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, without prejudice to appellant’s right to appeal upon final judgment on all related claims in this action.
