PER CURIAM.

We reverse based on the authority of Interlatin. Supply, Inc. v. S & M Farm, Supply, Inc., 654 So.2d 254 (Fla. 3d DCA), review denied, 659 So.2d 1088 (Fla. 1995), and Angrand v. Fox, 552 So.2d 1113 (Fla. 3d DCA 1989), review denied, 563 So.2d 632 (Fla. 1990).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
