PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of prohibition filed in the above-styled case is hereby granted, as the trial court did not follow the correct procedure before finding petitioner in indirect criminal contempt of court. See Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.840. This case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with the applicable rule.

PETITION GRANTED; REMANDED.
